FIVE TIBETAN RITES FOR FOUNTAIN OF YOUTH ~ RECOMMENDED BY MCKS

We wish you all a very happy new year.

We are posting these five Tibetan rites,
to fill your lives with fountain of youth, with which you can practice & spread the divine teaching of our holy master MCKS properly,rapidly,vastly now & forever.
So be it!

Rite 1


Spinning:
Extend your arms out to the sides and spin (in a clockwise direction). Go as fast as you can without losing control (slow down or stop if you get dizzy). Try to do 21 revolutions.

Rite 2

Leg Raises:
First lie flat on the floor, face up. Fully extended your arms along your sides, and place the palms of your hands against the floor, keeping the fingers close together. Then, raise your head off the floor, tucking the chin against the chest. As you do this, lift your legs, knees straight, into a vertical position. If possible, let the legs extend back over the body, toward the head; but do not let the knees bend. Then slowly lower both the head and the legs, knees straight, to the floor. Allow all the muscles to relax, continue breathing in the same rhythm. Breathe in deeply as you lift your legs and breathe out as you lower your legs.

Upon sitting up, stretch your legs out in front of you. Starting at the thigh area, stroke down the outside of your legs with your hands until you reach your feet. Grab your feet on the outside, pulling your head as close to your straight knees as possible.

Rite 3

Camel:
This is a classic back bend. Kneel on the floor, knees under your hips, toes flat, with the body erect. Place hands on back of legs just under the buttocks. Tilt the head and neck forward, tucking the chin against the chest. Then, tilt the head and neck backward, arching the spine backward, and look upward. After arching, return to the original position, and repeat up to 21 times.

Inhale deeply as you arch the spine, exhale as you return to an erect position. This rite opens up the front of the body and spine. Establish a rhythmic breathing pattern. Breathe in deeply as you arch the spine. Breathe out as you return to an erect position.

Rite 4

Tabletop:
Sit on floor with your legs extended, body erect, feet flexed and about 12 inches apart, palms flat on floor next to your hips, fingers pointed toward your feet. Tuck the chin forward against the chest. Now, tilt the head backward as far as it will go. At the same time, bend your knees and push up to a "tabletop" position, arms straight. Let your head fall back gently. The trunk of the body will be in a straight line with the upper legs, horizontal to the floor. Then, tense every muscle in the body. Finally, relax your muscles as you return to the original sitting position. Rest before repeating the procedure.

Breathe in as you raise up, hold your breath as you tense the muscles, breathe out completely as you come down. Continue breathing in the same rhythm as long as you rest between repetitions.

Rite 5

Up Dog & Down Dog:
Begin on all fours, toes flexed, palms on floor, weight distributed evenly among your knees, your palms, and the balls of your feet. Throughout this rite, your hands and feet should be kept straight. Start with your arms perpendicular to the floor, and the spine arched downward, so that the body is in a sagging position. Slowly lift your buttocks toward the sky, with a flat back, lowering your head, so your body makes an inverted "V." Tuck your chin to your chest. Pause, then lower your buttocks while pressing your palms into the floor, until your legs are in a plank position (parallel to the ground), moving your chest out and shoulders back. Inhale on your way up; exhale on your way down. Repeat, up to 21 times. In the rite, your body is moving in concert, moving energy up the spine.

Follow the deep breathing pattern used in the previous rites. Breathe in deeply as you raise the body, breathe out fully as you lower it.

An important part of the Tibetan exercises is a conscious synchronization of breathing while performing physical activity. Before beginning the exercises, practice the basic 4 - stage breathing technique.

* Inhale.
* Hold filled lungs.
* Exhale.
* Hold empty lungs.

No exercise should be so intense that it makes you feel exhausted. For example, if you are "losing your breath", it indicates that your body is in an anaerobic (low oxygen) condition and that you should slow down. If you can not talk normally after performing an exercise, you should slow down. When performing the exercises, the main emphasis should be on breath synchronization and fluency, rather than on speed and number of repetitions.

Some call these rites isometric exercises. Although they are helpful in stretching muscles and joints and improving muscle tone, this is not their primary purpose. A slow vortex causes that part of the body to deteriorate, while a faster one causes nervousness, anxiety, and exhaustion. Abnormal vortexes produces abnormal health, deterioration, and old age. The rites normalize the speed of the spinning vortexes by keeping them spinning at the same rate and working in harmony.

Start with 3 counts on the first day & increase the number in multiples of 3 gradually.
(3,6,9,12....21)

***(remember to breathe deeply using the diaphragm during the movements).

GOD REALIZATION AND THE GOLDEN AGE


The Zenith of the Golden Age will be reached in about 12,499 A.D., about 10,490 years from the year 2009 A.D.

The entire Golden Age will last up to 17,299 A.D., about 15,290 years from 2009 A.D.

The human race has evolved to its present high level that is possible for hundreds of thousands or even millions of disciples to achieve soul realization or even for some people to achieve God realization - the level of a Holy Master within this period if the following conditions are met:

  1. Practice humility.
  2. Give up pride and self-delusion.
  3. Practice loving-kindness
  4. Give up anger,hatred and vindictiveness.
  5. Practice Generosity.
  6. Avoid greed and stealing in its different aspects.
  7. Practice honesty.
  8. Avoid maliciousness and exploiting lies.
  9. Practice moderation.
  10. Avoid excessiveness.
  11. Do not allow yourself to be enslaved by your lower nature.
These weaknesses are the downfall of disciples.Disciples all over the world should take advantage of this great opportunity by reincarnating as frequently as possible.

Maintain the purity of the teachings of Arhatic Yoga and practice Arhatic Yoga diligently.

Our Gurupatni,our Mother Charlotte Anderson (Amma) visited Masterminds Pranic Healing & Arhatic Yoga center in Miryalguda, A.P. on 04.08.2009 & blessed our teams and organizers who are serving MCKS.

Amma spent 2 hours in our center,taught us many things about MASTER.

Amma made us mediate on PPM playing a rare video of Master.

RAINFALL ~ PRANIC HEALING PROTOCOL







THANKS TO MASTER CHOA KOK SUI

METHOD 1

1) Invoke MCKS for guidance & blessings.
2) Form a group of 7+ Pranic Healers
3) a) Meditate on Twin Hearts (in group)
b) Meditate with the intention to have proper & sufficient timely rains as blessings
4) Visualize abundant rainfall in the place where you want to have rains
5) Do this every day for seven days
6) Also give donations & decree them for proper rains
7) Invoke & request Mother Nature for help & guidance

*This technique is tried many times in different places(i.e. in Rain shadow
region) by Mr.D.Seetha Rami Reddy & farmer friends,successfully

PRANIC AGRICULTURE / PRANIC FARMING ~ CRYSTAL PROTOCOL

1) Invoke MCKS for guidance & blessings
a) Meditate on Twin Hearts

2) Cleansing the seed (only) with Crystal
a) Make 20kg packs of seed.
b) Cleanse each pack with green, orange & violet pranas alternately

3) Energizing the seed (only) with Crystal ~ 5 day program:
a) Day 1 ~ Energize the seed with violet prana for 5 minutes.
b) Day 2 ~ Gap
c) Day 3 ~ Energize the seed with red prana for 3 minutes.
d) Day 4 ~ Gap
e) Day 5 ~ Sow the seed.

4) Dividing the field:
a) Draw sketch of the field on a sheet of paper.
b) Divide it into square/rectangular plots
c) Number each plot

5) Cleanse & Energize each plot (only) with Crystal ~ Identify it with its number

* This method is very convenient to heal the affected area
** The followers of this protocol should invariably follow the Basic & Advanced protocols in addition to this for best results.

3) Bless the soil for 5 minutes with violet prana every day one week before sowing the seed.

4) To facilitate the germination of seed,bless the soil with white prana everyday for 5 minutes,
one week after sowing the seed

5) For increase in quality & quantity of the product, bless the leaves of the plants with red prana
twice a week for five minutes

6) For pest control & virus/fungus control, bless the crop with violet prana for five minutes twice a week

* All these techniques are to be applied only after meditating on Twin Hearts

** Blessing or energizing should be done simultaneously with pranic breathing

*** The followers of this protocol should invariably follow the basic protocol in addition to this, for best results.

PRANIC AGRICULTURE ~ PRANIC FARMING ~ PRANA CULTURE


In the name of our Holy Master CHOA KOK SUI & with his divine guidance, blessings we have applied Pranic Healing to Agriculture / Farming.

We have observed ''Miracles Through Pranic Healing'' in these experiments.

For the past Five years we have tried & applied different techniques of MCKS` Pranic Healing, various combinations of energies for different crops.

At the end of the fifth year i.e. April 2009,we have come to a conclusion about best Pranic Healing Techniques & methods which helped us in getting maximum production, high quality & minimizing the usage of pesticides& fertilizers.

We also tried Pranic Agriculture with out using pesticides & fertilizers (organic or in organic),
which is also a great success.

EXPERIMENTS WERE CONDUCTED ON DIFFERENT CROPS:

3)Green chilly &Red Chilly
4)Cotton
5)Sunflower
